We specialize in most roof types and styles, including high-impact, architectural composite asphalt shingles, wood shingles, DaVinci, Deco, metal panel, and clay roofs. We do not work on flat-top tar roofs. From our extensive repair history, we know that if roofing problems occur, it is usually because of skylight, chimney, or flashing issues. We use only synthetic underlayment which is far superior to felt paper (still used by some contractors). It’s weather-tight, water-tight and durable. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed.
We also install 6-inch gutters with a variety of color selections. With this heavier gutter, we install a gutter cover/guard, typically the Leaf Shelter. If we find rotted wood behind the gutters at the time of removal, we can also repair the soffits and fascia, as needed. We thoroughly clean the gutters when the roof is done. We also clean the gutters of roof debris before replacing them for a tidier and more efficient replacement process.
We work with all types of siding and are experts in assessing storm damage which is at times difficult to detect. If windows have been damaged by a storm, we can also replace them as needed.
